Question 1

How does GRIPSTIC work?

Accepted Answer

Fold the open end of the bag over once and make a single crease. Place the yellow inner guide under the edge of the fold, then slide the GRIPSTIC across the top of the bag. To open, slide it back off.

Question 2

Does it really seal airtight?

Accepted Answer

Yes. GRIPSTIC clamps the full width of the fold, creating an airtight and watertight seal — unlike a chip clip, which only pinches one spot.

Question 3

Which size do I need?

Accepted Answer

GRIPSTIC comes in five lengths: 5", 7.25", 8.75", 11.25", and 13". Choose one at least as long as your bag is wide. The 12-Pack Assorted Set includes every size, so it covers most pantries.

Question 4

Can I use it in the freezer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. GRIPSTIC works on bags in the pantry, fridge, and freezer, and it's great for travel.

Question 5

How do I clean it?

Accepted Answer

GRIPSTIC is BPA-free and dishwasher safe. Wash it like any other kitchen utensil and use it again.

Question 6

Do you ship to all the islands?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We ship to every Hawaiian island, and shipping is free on orders over $25.

Question 7

What if something isn't right with my order?

Accepted Answer

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. See Shipping & Returns for details.
